Creating a Report:
- To create a report, enter the dates in the FROM and TO date windows
- Date fields are mm/dd/yy format
- Select type of report button for the specified dates.
- Click SUBMIT to generate report
Types of Reports:
- Total Commissions per Affiliate. This is a comparative summary of all commissions that Affiliates
has generated (from most to least). Affiliates can compare how they are ranked in relation to other Affiliates.
**Note - this is a sum of the commissions already paid to the Affiliates and those commissions that
are approved for payment (but not yet paid).
- Number of Sales per Affiliate. This is a comparative summary of the number of sales the Affiliate's product(s)
has generated (from most to least). Affiliates can compare how they are ranked in relation to other Affiliates.
**Note - this is a sum of all completed sales. If a customer order is pending, unfinalized, saved, etc.
the sale is not considered complete and will not be counted for this report.
- Most Sold Affiliate Products. This is a comparative summary of all Affiliate products that have been sold
(from most to least). Affiliates can compare how their product(s) is ranked in relation to other Affiliate products.
**Note - this is a sum of all completed sales of Affiliate products. If a customer order is pending,
unfinalized, saved, etc. the sale is not considered complete and will not be counted for this report.
Column Fields
- Affiliate. Name of the Affiliate. The Affiliate name is linked to a reports page which
can list the orders for the timeframe specified.
- Product. Description of the Affiliate product. The product description is linked to a reports page which
can list the orders for that product for the timeframe specified.
- Total. Total commission amount or number of sales.
- Percentage. Percentage of the type report and date range of the report.
- Green Bar. Graphical representation of the percentage.
What is the entry "Name Blocked"? - For privacy, the name of other Affiliates is blocked for these
reports.
